I tried this, but for some reason xsltproc couldn't access the DocBook
XML 4.5 DTD. Instead it just hang with an open connection to
www.oasis-open.org, and I found no way around this ;-(

Great, thanks. I know I even managed to generate PDF from the XML at
some point, but it was a complete nightmare and required extensive
consultation with our former SGML/XML expert to get there. Give me
TeXinfo over that mess any day :-)
