I've got the answer from Jan Engelhardt in gcc-help@gcc.gnu.org.
The suggestion is run the command:
    echo '#include <memory>' | g++ -x c++ -E -

I have to parse the output, but don't know how to. Any suggestions on
documents related? TIA.
