FYI, it looks like the compiler-specific C++ bits for 4.2 are incomplete: there's no mention of the visibility re-write or the change to make anonymous namespaces internal.
Ugh, not good.  Do you know who contributed those, so that we can ping
him?  (Jason, is on Cc:; was this his?)

Also, noticed that 4.3 doesn't have any info on the emulated thread local storage implementation. This is Richard and maybe Jakub, I think.
