I could take a crack at this.  The only issue is where to put them?
ext/tr1_4_1.html, ext/tr1_4_2.html, ...?

I suppose a much simpler way to solve this would be to just change the wording to something like:

"current implementation status for TR1 can be tracked"

instead of the current text.

Or, remove the link, like the 4.1 release notes.
