I wouldn't exactly say "unfounded". I'd say it means Paolo has
identified a flaw in CVS. (My understanding is that this flaw is
pretty well known, and that it's one of the reasons people are
thinking about moving to subversion.)


I would agree with your assesment ;) But it's too easy: after a few months
of daily usage *everyone* is bothered by at least one of those flaws...

At the same time, I'm becoming older and a little less eager to change my
tools than before, therefore, I hope that the new versioning system that
GCC will move to will not be too difficult to use ;)
