Nathan knows more than me about those things, I'm sure, but I want
to add that, since I bought it, I'm finding very useful the printed
edition, published by Wiley. It also included the Corrigendum, it's
the printed version of the 2003 edition of the standard.

The ISBN is 0-470-84674-7 and costs around 25 pounds + VAT, good
quality hardbound.
