Okay then, I'll start shortly. Version numbers will be updated in
install.html, and a whole bunch of information will be placed in a new
docs/html/17_intro file.

Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place.
Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are,
by definition, not smart enough to debug it.
