In my oh so humble opinion, anything derived from this benchmark
should be released under a compatible license, so that changes and 
additions may be fed back upstream.   Any given bit of test or 
benchmark code gets more valuable when it is part of a well-known,
named suite because it leads to better portability for user programs.
