I think you misunderstand. The license for the contributed strtoull
is fine. There are *other* things in libiberty that are GPL (like
fibheap), and if you link *those* into libstdc++ by accident, then
there will be parts of libstdc++.so that are GPL, and *then* you have
a problem.
