New money::get code OK for en_HK

Hi,
FYI I have just checked that the new code does the right thing for en_HK (and
de_DE) also when showbase is true (the false case is already covered quite well
by test01 in money_get_members).
I'm thinking of cleaning up (and simultaneously extending a bit the coverage of)
the whole set of tests in money_get_members.
