A fixincludes issue of some sort.
#include <ctype.h>
#include <stddef.h>
#include <string.h>
fails, but
#include <ctype.h>
#include "/usr/include/stddef.h"
#include <string.h>
wins. Even more tellingly, there is an #undef of _BSD_SIZE_T in
the "fixed" stddef.h.
