Oh, that.

I get the feeling that the "boost library version number" won't help us a
lot when tracking individual libraries.  The checker code is either "1.19"
or "1.12" depending on who you talk to... I think I'm going to go against
the CVS rules and actually start paying attention to the revision number
in the boost repository.  That'll probably give me a better idea of what's
going on than the somewhat-arbitrary Boost library version will.  :-)
