On i586-sco-sysv5uw7.1.0, gen-num-limits compiled by
gcc version 3.0 20010305 (prerelease) was printing (binary) garbage
(and some of the expected output) - but only when stdout was redirected
to a pipe or file. Adding fflush(NULL) before causing SIGFPE signals
gave compileable output.
