Originally because they were all simple questions.  They're "named URLs"
so they're supposed to jump directly to the thing you clicked on, but
they're also very small and don't take up any screen space, so you can't
see any real effect unless your browser is about an inch high...

Much bigger than I ever thought it would, that's fer sure.

I started trying to make links to the README as well, but the README is
(unlike all other documentation) outside the /docs/ directory, which
understandably confuses the web server to no end.  That information will
probably get copied/moved into other web-accessible files.
