I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't add a reference to an unsanctioned
patch to the FAQ. If you do, we'll be fielding questions from people
who are attemping to use it with all manner of Cygwin sources.
I'm planning on fixing this problem in an entirely different manner
but it may be a few weeks before I can get around to doing so.
