I'd be willing to put time into this.  The only areas of libstdc++ in which
I felt compentent enough and confident enough to contribute have been
essentially completed already.  :-(  I'd probably be pestering the major
contributors hourly while putting the initial facts in, but keeping it up to
date after that shouldn't require rocket science.
