Hey now, there's an idea for somebody who's interesting in helping out: a
FAQ.

Depends on what you want to use if for. You should be able to unzip the
sources and build--istream operators>> are still incomplete, thus cutting
down on the usability of stringstreams. ostringstreams work, however.
