	* include/bits/atomic_base.h: Don't include <cstddef>, use nullptr.
	* include/std/atomic: Likewise.
	* include/tr2/dynamic_bitset: Likewise.

	* libsupc++/vec.cc (compute_size(std::size_t, std::size_t,
	std::size_t)): Fix for -fno-exceptions.
