2009-07-29  Paolo Carlini  <paolo.carlini@oracle.com>

	* config/abi/pre/gnu.ver: Add GLIBCXX_3.4.13, move a symbol into it.
	* testsuite/util/testsuite_abi.cc: Adjust.
	* configure.ac: Bump libtool_VERSION to 6:13:0.
	* configure: Regenerate.
