* libsupc++/exception_ptr.h (exception_ptr::swap(exception_ptr&&)):
Remove.
(exception_ptr::operator=(exception_ptr&&)): Cast source to
rvalue-reference so that move constructor is called.
* testsuite/18_support/exception_ptr/move.cc: New.
