	PR libstdc++/35209
	* config/abi/pre/gnu.ver: Export stdio_sync_filebuf symbols.
	* testsuite/ext/stdio_sync_filebuf/char/35209.cc: New.
	* testsuite/ext/stdio_sync_filebuf/wchar_t/35209.cc: Likewise.
