	* docs/html/ext/tr1.html: Update.
	* include/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* config.h.in: Likewise.
	* configure: Likewise.

	* testsuite/tr1/8_c_compatibility/cfenv/types.cc: Cosmetic tweak.
