you are right, i somehow forgot to mention this, to prevent any further 
problems:
$/gcj -v

rename spec lib to liborig
Konfiguriert mit: '../gcc_cvs/gcc/configure'

'--disable-shared '--without-included-gettext '--enable-__cxa_atexit 
'--enable-clocale=gnu '--enable-debug '--enable-java-gc=boehm
