I've checked this into CVS:
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/java-patches/2003-q2/msg00565.html
...so you should either redownload mingw32-gcc-scripts.tar.gz
or delete msg00565.diff from diffs/34.
In the future, I'll try to update the build scripts if something changes
in CVS, so if you get errors applying a patch, try to refresh your
build scripts.
