crosscompiling with gcj; host=linux, target=mingw32

- Subject: crosscompiling with gcj; host=linux, target=mingw32
The c/c++ people seem to crosscompile to mingw32 from linux, as a matter of
routine. Is it possible to crosscompile with gcj to mingw32 from linux? If
so, does anybody have the proper configure script with which to compile the
GCC source tree?
