I assume that the programmer who called signalObjectAndWait did so because
he wants to have the behaviour described in the manual. If it doesn't
actually signal one object, and doesn't wait on the other object, then
surely a bigger program than HelloWorld (withh multiple threads) will get
messed up at some point.
As someone suggested, maybe they should say that gcj requires NT.
