Enhancement Request

I'm working on a toy project that may grow up some day, and have a
need/desire to use the libffi and beohm-gc libraries included in
libgcj.so in my own code. In order to do that, it would be nice
if the relevant headers were installed with the libgcj libraries.

As of 3.2.1, which I downloaded earlier this week, they aren't.

I've entered a GNATS request (libgcj/8933) to request the headers
be installed.

Is this something that makes sense to do?
