subversions.gnu.org out of sync?

Subject: subversions.gnu.org out of sync?

natNetworkInterface.cc does not contain any #ifdef WIN32's (except the
one around the headers) on subversions.gnu.org HEAD, but does contain
additional (important) #ifdefs it on gcc.gnu.org.

What is causing this?
