libgcj/6158: libgcj won't bootstrap on sparc-sun-solaris2.8 if already installed

That's true (though that still would be better than a "regular" bootstrap
failure...)

I've never seen this apart from libgcj, and I'm building libstdc++ with
every bootstrap.
