Where does GcjRaw come from?defined?

The gcj.texi manual refers to a 'GcjRaw' class. What is this?
Is this just a typo for ::gnu::gcj::RawData* ? Or is there
typedef somewhere where I haven't seen it?
For that matter, perhaps we shoudl just use (void*) in CNI
instead of RawData?
