Alex did reply to your message on gcc@gcc.gnu.org, but somehow you got 
dropped from the cc: list and I guess you didn't see it. In any case, 
just use the form below. The fsf-records@gnu.org guy told me that things 
were going slow at the moment due to him being on jury duty.
