Paul Fisher has gone through all the files during the time of the merge
and has marked them with "This file is part of the [non-]peer AWT libraries
of GNU Classpath" at the same time he relicensed all other files.
Relicensing the AWT code from LGPL to GPL never came up during our
discussions at that time on the Classpath mailinglist.
