Today I deleted part of my CVS source tree. Once I recovered it, I could
not bootstrap since I didn't have gperf. The root cause was that
gcc/java/keyword.gperf was newer than gcc/java/keyword.h. Fixed by this
patch. I think the other two lines are OK, but I didn't test them.
Please apply if OK. Should go on the branch too.
