I am fairly certain that I waited longer than the default timeout before
I killed the job. Thus, shortening the timeout might not help if a
signal was missed or something.
I had a discussion with Rob Savoy regarding deja timeout values this
morning. I liked having a settable multiplier and default. The multiplier
would apply to both test-specified and default values.
