What are we currently using for javadoc? I keep seeing references to 'javadoc'
within the Makefile but does this rely on the SUN javadoc impl?
The reason I ask is that I want a FAST javadoc implementation that I can use
from within the Emacs JDE.
I took a look at doxygen but is this what we are relying on???
