Bug tracking

Thanks to the efforts of the Sourceware Czar, the gcj project now has
a Gnats bug-tracking database.  You can browse the database and submit
new bugs using this database.  Here is the URL to use for ordinary
(browse and submit) logins:

http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl?user=guest&password=guest&database=java&cmd=login

There is a different URL for those with permissions to edit the
database; if you have such permission I'll notify you in private
email.

This database ought to make it harder for us to forget about bugs (as
I'm sure we've done in the past).  However, it can only be really
useful if you submit your bug reports to it.
