4.4 backport requests

Subject: 4.4 backport requests

I'd like to backport the following patches to the 4.4 branch:

	PATCH: Avoid command line length limit building tools.zip (PR libgcj/38251)
	http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/java-patches/2010-q1/msg00021.html

        [patch] classpath/tools/Makefile.am
	http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/java-patches/2009-q4/msg00067.html

Both are necessary to avoid bootstrap failures on my platforms.

Bootstrapped without regressions on e.g. sparc-sun-solaris2.9.

Please keep me on the Cc: since I'm not subscribed to java-patches.
