gcj manual: mention casting to interface types

Following last week's discussion on the java list 
<http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/java/2009-04/msg00003.html> here's a short patch 
to the CNI section of the gcj manual, describing another case where 
casting is necessary when using interface types from C++.  Feel free to 
comment or modify the style/wording/example to taste.
