Without this, the build fails as there is no CNI implementation of the
GMP support.
Thus, I switched them to bc as is done with the Classpath Gtk+, Qt,
gconf, gstreamer, etc. peers.
If there is a preferable way of doing this, then I'll switch to this
but this was the most obvious method
given how the other peers are handled.
