[wwwdocs] Update GCJ News

Hi,

 This patch is a follow-up to my previous message:

about keeping the GCJ home page up-to-date with respect to the
latest progress.

I have created back-dated news entries for some of
the more significant news items that I could remember.
Please let me know if there are any other newsworthy
events that I have inadvertently missed out. (I did
consider the ECJ integration proposal, but I didn't
know if a proposal, however significant for the future
of GCJ, is worthy of news unless it is accepted and
acted upon. :-/ )

Tested by viewing page in a browser. The original page
as it is in CVS is not valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional,
but gets massaged into compliance when viewed over the
web. I have merely copy-pasted stuff from earlier news
entries so there *should not* be any problems.

OK to commit?
