Hi again. I cannot rebuild with your patches applied:

configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating Makefile
config.status: creating mkheaders.in
config.status: error: cannot find input file: mkheaders.almost
make: *** [configure-build-fixincludes] Error 1
