OK. See the attached patch.
(Note that sourcebuild.texi also had an outdated link.)

I tried to test this using "make html" in the build
folder and while "gccint/libgcj-Testing.html" was
correctly generated and had the updated link,
"gccinstall/index.html" was basically empty with
no text! Any ideas? The change looks rather
innocuous...

This patch should also go into the 4.0 branch...

BTW, even in the updated link, the instructions
for fetching Jacks from CVS is outdated and
needs to be updated - I'll shoot a separate mail
to the Mauve maintainers.
