Not AFAIK. I see removeNotify on Menu's when they are removed from a
MenuBar, but nothing on the MenuBar itself.


This is because Frame.setMenuBar() is totally broken.

When the argument is null _and_ there is a menuBar set it should be properly removed with a removeNotify ().
