I think you can make a savannah account by yourself and then it just
requires that Brian or Paul toggle a bit somewhere.
Michael, go to http://savannah.gnu.org/ to get started if you haven't
already. Then email Brian as above. Be sure to tell him that you
have write access to libgcj. Obviously it would be most convenient
for us if you checked in your patches to Classpath at the same time
they go in to libgcj...
