Please make sure it validates as proper XHTML (I believe closing tags
for </li> are missing)
In general, I feel quite strongly that much of the redundancy here
should be removed, and download.html should completely pass away.
After all, we don't release GCJ as such, but as part of GCC, and
the fact that download.html currently lists GCC 3.0.2 shows that
nobody -- well, apart from you now ;) -- seems to maintains (even
uses?) it.
