GCJ manual changed

Subject: GCJ manual changed

I've substantially updated the GCJ manual. It now includes the
information about CNI which is currently in an SGML file in the
libjava respository.

I've attached the whole file because the changes seem substantial
enough to warrant that. If people would prefer me to send a diff
against the current repository I'll be happy to do so.


I seek permission to check this in. Once it's checked in diffs against
this will be easy to produce.
