GMP 2.0.2 imported to libgcj

Folks,
In preparation for the addition of java.math.BigInteger to libgcj, I've 
imported GMP 2.0.2 to the sourceware libgcj hierarchy.  This is being 
done similarly to the other libraries that have been imported, e.g. zlib.

Note that there is no intention or desire for this tree to diverge from 
the official gmp hierarchy.  It is simply being included here for the 
convenience of those who don't have an installed gmp library.  No changes 
are planned for gmp (other than minor config mods at the top level), but 
if any library changes are found to be necessary, they will be fed back 
into the official gmp distribution.  Future imports of gmp may be 
incorporated as new versions of gmp beyond 2.0.2 are released by the FSF.

Obviously, I have not included a "diff" here for the import; the 
hierarchy is identical to the GMP 2.0.2 downloaded from ftp.gnu.org.  
Mods to the config files (like changes to other parts of libgcj) will be 
noted in this list following the usual conventions.
