libjava/include/stamp-h.in not checked in?

For some reason, I had configured libgcj --enable-maintainer-mode, and 
this resulted in the following message every time I update:

libjava/include:
? stamp-h.in

It would probably be a good idea to check this file in, to avoid
people screwing up config.h.in because they have the wrong version of
autoconf and manage to think they're maintainers :-)
