Note that does not include the additions to the map I gave in 
<https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc/2016-10/msg00066.html>, or any new committers 
since then.

Here is a list of new committers which is a superset of that list from 
October 2016, including also new committers since then, which should all 
be added to the attribution map.
