The seach function of the wiki is crap. Do use google
site:http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki to search in the wiki.

Now, there is:

http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/SvnBranch

We have the information about using subversion very scattered around...

Also we miss some important info and links. For example:
http://www.orcaware.com/svn/wiki/Svnmerge.py
